Considered one of the most important representatives of the modern Neapolitan School, Vincenzo Postiglione set up his business in Naples from 1855, after being apprenticed to Vincenzo Iorio. The clear lines and careful workmanship of this instrument, based on a personal model, are typical of Postiglione’s work.
