Registering to bid

Bidders must register to bid in person or online for each Ingles & Hayday auction. You may register to bid in person outside the Lower Grosvenor Gallery from 1pm on the day of the auction.

Further information on registering to bid online is currently available through the link below. For online bidding, we recommend that you register to bid in advance of the sale day. Please note, we require photo ID (driving licence or passport) from all bidders.

Collecting lots

Successful bidders will be able to collect their lots from the Upper Grosvenor Gallery up until 5pm on the day of the auction. After this time, all lots may be collected from 77 Great Titchfield Street. Lots may only be collected after full payment has been made. Please note, not all lots come with a case. Please see the catalogue for details. Ingles & Hayday is unable to supply cases for uncased items. For further information please see our Information for Buyers page.

Order a printed catalogue

Once printed, catalogues will be dispatched within 2-3 days of ordering. Refunds cannot be processed once payment has been made for individual catalogue purchases.
