Auction transfers:
All sale settlements are sent 35 days after the sale in Pound Sterling (GBP). If you are outside the UK, your bank will process the exchange from GBP into your local currency at their own exchange rate. This is beyond the control of Ingles & Hayday.

Private Sale transfers:
All sale settlements are sent in the currency stated on the contract.

For wire transfers outside the UK there is a fixed charge of £25.00 per sale. There is no charge for BACS transfers to a UK bank.

Ingles & Hayday Ltd. will make payments strictly to the bank account information you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details (including account number, beneficiary name, IBAN, and SWIFT/BIC codes) are accurate and up to date.
Ingles & Hayday Ltd. accepts no liability for delays, losses, or misapplied funds arising from errors, omissions, or changes in the information supplied by you.
Any amendments to your payment details must be confirmed through a verified channel before further payments can be processed.
