Tetsuo Matsuda

Born in Akita, Japan in 1945, Matsuda trained at the International Violin Making School in Cremona from 1977, after graduating in 1981 he worked for William Harris Lee in Chicago from 1983, and established his own workshop in Barrington, Illinois in 1993. He has been awarded prizes at Cremona in 1982 and the Violin Society of America in 1984.
