A productive maker working in Modena, where he was born in 1897 and died in 1945. His son Antonio (1914-1974) was his pupil and successor. Armando was awarded prizes at exhibitions in Genoa and Rome, and entered a viola and cello to the Cremona Bicentenniale in 1937.
