Giovanni Schwarz

Born in Padua in 1865, Schwarz was trained by his uncle Eugenio Degani, and established his own workshop in Venice in 1888. His very refined work won a gold medal in Rome in 1916. Generally branded ‘G.S.’ on back button and lower rib. He died in 1946.
